When a new lead is created, send an SMS message to that lead with Twilio
This template is great for sales teams. When you qualify a contact, a new lead is created. The best way to put forth a good impression is to follow up promptly. But when there are many leads, managing communication is difficult.
This template will send a welcome message to a new lead’s mobile phone number whenever one is created.
Use this template for:
- Following up with a new lead after a meeting.
- Sending promotional offers to new leads.
What you need
- A Salesforce account
- A Twilio account
How you set it up
- Import the template.
- Enter your Salesforce and Twilio credentials.
- Customize your Twilio message.
- When you enter phone numbers in Salesforce, be sure to enter it in this format: “+15555555555”.
